Hi. This seems to be a common problem with 02 & returns , I have cancelled my contract within the 14 days cooling off . Returned via the 02 Jiffy bag sent out by sales lady over the phone and just said write on front of bag my order number which I did ….. Tracked 48 hrs to Norwich Vulcan way Returns Depot which I have as officially received via Royal Tracking Bar code… This was received early on the 1st September, yet the account is still showing as live & went on chat and was told I still have to then ring up to cancel this again??? I’m sorry but this is just stupid

You need to contact O2.
