Resetting password for myO2 not working as wants to send an sms to the iPad and iPad oit of data and can’t receive a standard sms …. How do you resolve?

Put the ipad sim in a phone or contact O2 to add an alternative number to your account.

You need to put the sim card in a phone to receive the text
