How do I renew my contract on the same terms

If you are upgrading to a new device then you have to take the tariffs on offer. However, nowadays your tariff on Refresh will be flexible. So you choose length of time and payment.

If youu are happy with the handset then your contract just rolls on month by month on the same terms

Or you may find a better deal by upgrading to a sim only contract

If you want a new handset you must choose whatever is on offer, you cant stay on the same tariff.
