Removing an imei bar

I had an imei bar out on my phone yesterday as I thought  it was lost or stolen. The phone has been found and we did call to remove the imei bar. It was suppose to be removed yesterday just before 3pm but the bar is still in place and we can’t use the phone

Also you will find more than one bar is applied to your handset and account when you report a handset lost - as O2 are awful at returning a rediscovered handset to service, the list of bars in the guide below may help to prompt the agent when you finally get through to O2 CS: Guide: O2 BARs - good luck, @Ninop123.
