My son accidentally purchased a game and it was using a O2 simcard, the money was deducted from my 02 account and I need a refund for the money. The game has not been used neither has it been downloaded yet.

Please reply.

You need to contact the company he bought the game from so either Google or Apple.

If Apple login to https://appleid.apple.com and then go to support.

For Google login to https://play.google.com an then go to support

You may not get a refund from them if you didn't have pin protection, or you had instant purchase turned on im afraid, as you now have to prove you weren't negligent with your account, i.e your son knew your PIN and Password or you didn't have 2 Factor authentication switched on.

As unfortunately your are responsible for all purchases made using your device , unless it is reported stolen etc

- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK

@Shamina This is not O2. This is a customer community. You need to speak to customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0800 032 1402
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Best time to call is 8 am.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
