I done recharge my no for this amount deducted but account still shows zero balance

That is the way PAYG bundles work - a £10 bundle will eat £10 of your available balance on the day it renews, the same day every month that you first topped up and activated your PAYG SIM.

If there is insufficient balance on that day in any month, you lose your service until you top up again, @Ranjeet.
