Hi, I am a O2 customer my No is xxxxxxxxxxx, yesterday after noon, I recharged my O2 number , I made some calls also but after that by evening when I tried to do some urgent call again , I am getting message that my account is having no balance in it. kindly tell me what is the problem.

Credit is exchanged for allowances.
Toake none standard calls you need to add more credit.
