Since joining last week I’m now unable to receive text messages. So unable to receive security codes. Also my phone is now unable to receive phone calls or make phone calls. Is there anyone who can help? Emails are still coming through from O2 but frustratingly that’s it. So I’m now unable to open up my O2 App or O2 online.

Many thanks for info. It seems I hadn’t correctly installed the digital sim but it’s now been installed and thankfully my texts are now coming through. Unfortunately before I had correctly installed the sim I was unable to receive the security codes so now I’m unable to access my o2 App because I’m not allowed any more codes. I fully understand why this has happened. What should I do to correct this? Also I’m still unable to make or receive telephone calls so I’m using my landline.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
You can also use Skype to call 0800 numbers for free to reach O2.
