I recently ordered Apple watch series 6, then received an email saying they don’t have it in stock but will send it when they can. Can I cancel this order and get series 5 one instead?

As per the other answers here already, you need to call O2 as we can't access accounts here, sorry.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

@Opiz10 This is not O2. This is a customer community. O2 doesn't operate a live stock reporting system. You can call customer service to cancel your order, but there's no guarantee that the series 5 is in stock either.

Also below is alternative advice from an O2 Guru on how to get through.
Call 202 from your mobile.

I upgraded my iPad for the ipad 2020 they take my money £111 from my bank but when I looked on my recent orders the iPad wasn’t there?
