Hello, I’ve topped Up my sim for 20£ and i got a text message

O2: Great news. You've now got a fresh £15 data Big Bundle with 5000 texts, 1000 minutes and 5GB data to use before 01 Oct. We've taken £15 from your balance.

But i don’t see any tarrif in My O2 and my internet data doesn’t works. Calls are OK. Can anyone help me with this, please?

Hi @Zlebek 

Reboot your phone by turning it on and off. Big Bundles take you money for allowances. If  data still isnt working you need to contact customer services as we have no access to your account Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Make sure you have mobile data turned on in the phone settings, then text the word ACTIVE to 2020.

Save the settings that get sent back and reboot your phone.

Nothing helps. I have changed my Bundle to that one for 20£. I topped up 20£ and It took 15£ From my balance and I Got message I successfully paid for 15£ bundle. But I paid every day for webdaily data but calls are free. I don’t understand why I paid for webdaily if I was supposed to have 5gb data.

You'll need to call 4445 to get customer service to check your account setup now.
