I am the main administrator for the above numbers.
The latest bill shows 13 payments of £5 totalling £65 for [Removed] from 17 September to 1 October 2022.
This was when my son was in America and Mexico with his data switched off and should not have been charged.
Please be good enough to credit this amount.

The charges dont just apply to data, but if your son, sent a text message, made a phone call, or one of his apps sent a text as they do.
