I have two devices on my bill - mine & my husbands.
I go into My Account & print off one bill.
I cannot print off the other bill, when I click on 'download and print bill' '500 Internal Server Error' comes up.
Help please

Try this in case it works @Fran75
Log into your account, then click on the image of a phone.
Click on the number you want to print the bill for.
Then click on bills and payments, then view bill.
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
