Why on earth have O2 removed the facility to download previous month's bills? I can't get any answer from ChatBot or a 'Real' chat support. Really appalling.

Maybe because of the new billing system?

No I couldn;t. that facility just seems to have disappeared form the account interface

This does seem to be a rather big issue @Breanna (and @Martin-O2 and @RafaC ).
While I appreciate having some minor bugs following a system update, not being able to view old bills is not a minor bug!
Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
