I received a text this morning from a mobile no. +447535125201 say O2 could not process my latest bill and giving a website to update billing information via https//billingissue-o2.com Ive logged on to my O2 account and everything looks fine.  Any ideas?

Its 100% a scam

Do not click on any of the links, and forward the message to 7726 (its free) and that will get to the o2 phishing team, who can investigate the text further.

Once you have forwarded the text and provided the information o2 will request then delete the text
- Xperia 1V - o2 and Spusu
- Pixel 8 Pro - o2 and Vodafone UK
