I have just taken out a new sim card with O2 and wondered if you could tell me when my portal to my phone will be completed to my old telephone number?

Still unable to understand why my old number has not been changed on the newO2 sim card. I was expecting this to happen quickly.

@Willie789 This is not chat, nor is it O2 but a community of Customers like yourself.
We have no access to accounts to check.
Porting does not happen Saturday or Sunday so the date of your port will be dependant on when you placed the request.
You should get a text informing you of the date.
Customer Services may know more.
