Good afternoon I am trying to add on my blue light discount for the police but am unsure on how to do it

You can only add it within 28 days of your contract been started or upgraded. If you are within this then have a look at this guide Guide: O2 Open & Friends and Family discounts - How to sign up

This doesn't work, you need an o2 open code and it doesn't seem to be working for police? This isn't clear enough really
