I have 2 device plans under my name and I can't figure out how to upgrade the other phone, it only gives me the option to upgrade my phone, any help would be appreciated
This is only possible if the accounts are linked, unfortunately. If you give customer services a call on 202 via your mobile, they should be able to advise you. Hope you get this sorted.
When you login to your http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 you can select between your phones if on the same account.
