Hi, my Samsung phone was working and has gone dead.  It was fully charged and I have put it back on my charger and it is not even responding to electrical power supply being attached.

Try holding power and volume down together for 30 seconds to a minute.

If that doesn't help, contact Samsung for help https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/
