My phone has gone on to SOS due to me been out of the country and late payment.
The payment has now been made but the bar is still on my phone. I have no way of getting into My O2 due to been out of the country and can’t access my messages or ring out.
can someone help asap?

@Laura91 It normally takes 48 hours for a payment to O2 to clear their account. As a weekend is approaching, it may take longer to clear. You can download Skype Guide: A Guide to Skype and try to call the Payment Management Team free on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302
The opening times are (UK time):
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

If you want to avoid this happening again, set up a Direct Debit when you speak to Payment Management.
