Hi,
Wonder if anyone can help. Last month i signed up for a new 12month data contract for 18GB data. Niwni know what with Christmas and ordering online i have spent some time online but when i look on My 02 app it lists just my unlimited phone time and unlimited text messages but with no mention of any data. Please help!

I've had this happen after a tariff change and it usually resets itself when the next bill is generated.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
