Hi, I would like to know how I can find out how much of my phone bill I have left to pay as when I upped my tariff it didn’t change on the o2 app

Hi @Kayc 

Tou should have Text INFO to 85075 before you upgraded to show what you owed. .

However,  now you have upgraded, your first bill will be higher to cover what you owe on previous contract. Your 2nd bill should be normal.
