Hi, 

I was wondering if you could help me as I’m in a bit of a situation. I’ve changed jobs and waiting to be paid my first pay check, my phone has been cut off and someone advised me about a “promise to pay” scheme. I was wondering if this would be possible at all as I am very stuck without my services. I’ve tried calling customer service numbers and get no where and I’m really starting to panic as I rely on my phone to get to work etc. If you could help at all that would be appreciated.

You need to contact payment management.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am
