I have a bill on my account and unable to pay it till a certain date. I keep getting messages saying that I won’t be able to call or text. I’ve tried calling and messaging to arrange a date to pay and keep my account live but I keep just getting quoted for how much I owe. Can I please just have a number to call through to actually talk to someone about this. Thank you

You will need to call 0800 902 0217 and speak to Payment Management and they will be able to advise, you may need to call from another phone or use skype, this guide will help Guide: A Guide to Skype
