My account was showing payments paid for months all of a sudden site goes down and my phone is cut off I login to find I owe 3 months payments ? Now I can't access my account to sort anything out

You need to call o2 on 0800 902 0217 and speak to the payment management to get this resolved, sounds like your payments havent been made, and o2 have taken action. They will have sent you letters and texts if payments are delinquent and it maybe on its way to a Debt Collection Agency.
