What gives you the right to demand overdue payment imediately or have services suspended and a 6 pound penalty occur.

when i have been trying to pay my bill since 24/10/24.

been logging in daily to try to pay but there was no pay option.

Been busy on the 28/10/24 so was unable to log in that day but on 29/10/24 i was threatened with suspention and a penalty for defauting on my payment.

I even tried to pay 3 times on 29/10/24 but each time o2 would not take payment.

So what give you the right to demand and threaten when it is yourselves who refuse to allow me to pay in the first place.
