Hi, I’ve got an email to pay monthly bill before next 2 days otherwise I will be charged extra. I’m currently on holiday in Australia so cannot use O2 calls and texts - I’m trying to log in and pay my bill however as part of security checks O2 are sending a pin to my number for me to enter. But I cannot receive this, can you please help as I want to pay this bill asap but cannot complete that security check. Are there other ways around this?

@Krisali135 When you speak to Payment Management you might want to discuss setting up a Direct Debit to avoid this happening in the future.
