Hi I am wanting to pay off my phone contract I have with o2. I’ve been using a new phone because I broke my old one, however I still have months to go before it ends so I wanted to pay it off all at once. I can’t seem to manage to do this on the app.

I also wanted to know, if I pay off my phone contract, am I just paying off my device plan (the phone) or am I also paying off the airtime bill on top of that. I am using neither and I still have months to go. Please help!!

@Hannah18

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217 )

Onve the device plan is paid off, you can cancel the airtime for free Guide: How does O2 Refresh work?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
