@Mk821 - You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best chance of getting through is calling at 8 am.
You can also talk to O2 via Social Media using the ways in the link below, but they will likely defer to the Payments Team.
If you had a direct debit registered, payment will be taken that way, as well as any overpayment returned to you. Hopefully you had that in place and did not instruct your bank to cancel it... Good luck!
