1) Is this just for iPhones or have Android and Windows also got this facility? (I do know iOS is for iPhones but asking generally about other devices
2) Also could you top up when abroad?
We currently have this in the CONTRACT section

New update now allows you to pay your device or airtime plan via the app.
If anyone wants to clarify, I will certainly change the guidelines.
Edited to add, I asked @Martin-O2 few weeks ago about splitting the guidelines into 2 separate guides. One for PAYG and the other for Contract, as I feel it's too long currently

An explanation of 'how' would be better (if it's for ALL PAYG customers, not just those with iPhones)?
Currently, I can add exactly what @lovemyphone has said above for iPhones... but not what we need to do if you have a phone running Android or Windows.
