The latest iOS myo2 update has a new feature for pay as you go customers. You can now top up via the app, no need to call

Yes, I have been discussing this today with @Martin-O2 and the guide will be edited.
However, before that @jonsie, I need to know whether it's ALL iPhones, not just those with the latest iOS.
The update is to the My O2 app...so in theory should work with all iPhones. Martin is clarifying this with O2.

Ah ok. Yes it's to the My O2 app and not specific to iOS 12. I think the only reason that someone noticed at the top of this thread (forget who) was because when the os was updated, so were all apps. It's not an urgent edit but hopefully Martin can confirm quickly what we already know.

I looked ok the my O2 app and on there it looks like you can only top up by credit or debit card not by voucher.

Topping up via voucher was never an option in My O2.
You call the top up line on 4444 and follow the instructions for using a voucher.

the my o2 app does not give you Remaining allowances icon or bar how many allowances you got left it only telling you how much you got left as writting & number that it please make it more friendly show icon & bar like pay monthly customers saw on my o2 app
