Hi everyone, my number didn't change to my old number yet and it's been 2 days. 
what do I do?

i cant download the chat because my AppStore is from another country.

Keep rebooting the phone. However, you may be having problems as you are abroad.

A PUK code unblocks your phone so you can unlock it (use a sim from another provider) @beesbeesss 

If you meant PAC code (moving your phone number from one company to another) then you might need to submit the request again - we see requests made when starting a new deal not work quite a lot.
