I am a new customer to O2 and have my PAK code to keep my number. I have tried to do this on-line numerous times and keep being asking for a password that I set up with customer services but I have not spoken to customer services.
I cannot do the PAK code on-line, nor can I get through on the telephone. When I choose the option on the phone I get sent round in circles.
Can anybody help as this is very frustrating.

You need to call O2 then choose any of the options, fraud etc
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
