Overdue payment

So my plan is for 40.20 per month with the phone, unlimited text and calls.
I have now had another airtime bill for 123.95 so I login to try to see where these charges are from, but every time I press the view my bill it takes me back to the login page and won’t let me access my bill. The thing is the same thing happened last month but was for only 56.00 so I left it but they barred my phone to the payment line so I just paid this extra 56.00 but I not paying this new amount. And I am fed up of keep having to re login in every 2 minutes. Please can someone help me out please. Cheers 🙃

@Lowman You can call customer service from any phone for free on 0800 032 1402. If you don't sort this as soon as you can you will wind up being disconnected and have credit rating problems in the future.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
