I have been over charged from my last bill and it says you owe me £44 how do I get this ?

Or

You need to contact Payment Management

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 or 0800 032 5302

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You can request the refund in your MyO2.
