You must be aware Apple iphones are in very short supply

Depends on which model which memory and which colour you have chosen against what Apple has supplied. Someone with a different choice may get theirs first as it is what has come in with the first batch

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
