Hi

i have tried to order a sim only pay as you go sim twice. I get a confirmation email but it never shows in my orders or turns up. Cant get through to an online chat either. Thankyou slight_smile

It might be easier to get one from your local O2 shop or most large supermarkets and pound shops sell them too @Cherish89

@Cherish89 If you're looking for a Classic Pay & Go sim, be aware that O2 doesn't do them any longer. If you want something like that, you need to get the sim from Tesco or GiffGaff, who both use the O2 network.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
