Hi,
So I I'm upgrading my SIM from PAYG to Pay Monthly Unlimited Data Plus. I made the order via My O2 app, got the Order Number, but no Email Confirmation as stated. Is this a bug? Would I still get my SIM? I don't know what happened??? Nothing pops up in Track my Order either, so IDK if I have to fill out another form or not 🤷♂️
