I ordered a new SIM but it has not arrived and it has been over 3 working days now. Would you be able to help locate it? I lost my phone so can not use verification via that phone.

You need to report the loss.

to add it can take 5-7 working days to get a new sim in the post , you are at the mercy of Royal Mail.
