Hello O2,
I was just about to order a SIM card and in the last step I suddenly got an error message from the website ‘Uh-oh looks like something went wrong’.

Can you tell me if my order was completed successfully?
Many thanks in advance.
Best regards, Elena Edwards

Is this @Elena90 a replacement SIM or a new SIM ?

Always worth remembering that O2 PAYG SIMs can be procured in places such as Tesco.

If you want one quickly and in your hand @MI5, paying Tesco's price for an O2 PAYG SIM is not a bad deal - are they still just £1.00 ?
