I've just had a text saying my order's gone through but I haven't ordered anything. When I look at the order it just says VAS change £36.97 a month. Am I a victim of fraud?

I have had the same message and an order showing on my account which I did not create. The issue obviously hasn’t stopped, the emails and texts I have had from o2 are incredibly vague and I have no idea if I’m a fraud victim or now being double charged by o2 every month, please can someone explain! This is highly concerning.

It hasn’t been resolved - I have received the same message and I’m very concerned I’m a victim of fraud or will be being charged for an order i didn’t make

Just had the "resolved" message come through with the same garbage. Is this fine or an actual scam
