Order a new phone via upgrade, I am trying to see where my order is but the tracking page just loads with a message of oops - something went wrong > There's been a slight problem. Don't worry, we've got our best technicians on the case, so make sure you come back soon.
It's been this way for over 12 hours now, what is happening with my order and this page\information being resented again

Just had an email so say it's been dispatched but it's missing some information.. so for information for everyone seeing this and guessing.. The tracking number on the emailis a DPD tracking number, and for myself at least it's on route to the local DPD office and will be with me tomorrow and i will get an hour delivery slot by 11am tomorrow.

When I enter the DPD tracking number ....that doesn't work either . On the app or on the website.

Same for me since yesterday, I ordered iphone 15 and trying to find out when ill get it and have no idea, nor had a dispatch email as of yet and I originally thought it will come tmr as I pre ordered. Who knows
