I ordered new SIM and new contract on 16th September.  It still hasn't been processed apparently and no tracking number for it yet!  Although my 1st bill will be 3rd October for something that hasn't came.  Not acceptable!  Anyone else having this problem??

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
