Good afternoon
I’ve received an email today advising that my order has been received and my new Bolt On has been added, I haven’t made any orders or requests.
I previously had my O2 account hacked and am wanting to make sure that this isn’t a scam or something to do with the hacking of my account?

It's a weird system message that gets sent out when O2 move you to the new 360 billing system.
This has been confirmed by O2 and is just a glitch.
Nothing to worry about.
