I placed an order and just now got confirmation that its been dispatched. Its given me a code but not a courier name. I was also told I could change my delivery address (due to covid stuff) if i contact the courier but A) I dont know what courier it is B) assuming its DPD, its not showing up as a valid number. Its for a smartwatch so I think it classes it as an accessory. It's not showing up on myo2 either as an order. really stuck

Any way I can figure this out???

Accessories are usually just sent via royal mail but O2 use DPD, city link, UK mail etc so check all the sites for your tracking number.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Normally an address change would have to come from O2 but you can redirect your parcel from the DHL app or website once they text you with your timeslot.

I usually get a text early morning with details.

Just follow the bit where it says something like "not going to be in"
