one of my mobiles is not accepting or allowing me to make calls it is saying no service, I want to call an advisor at O2 but cant find a telephone number. They are always on the phone trying to sell me something but cant deal with the customers they have. It also keeps saying ask Aura but then Aura doesnt understand the question so says try asking a different way. This is probably the worst customer experience with any company I have ever had

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
