Hi, so I’ve had an email saying I owe £34 for an account I had maybe 5 years ago maybe even longer. Have tried the phone number to sort it out, but was in a queue for half an hour and gave up. I have no idea what my email or phone number was at the time and I don’t even know what I’m paying for exactly. I cancelled whatever bill I was paying a few weeks ago on online banking and it said my last payment was around 2017, so I assumed it would be no issue cancelling. There seems to be no helpline whatsoever as I can’t log in to my o2. Please help anyone
