Obtaining my old phone number

Hi,

I have just purchased a new phone with a new sim contract with o2, and therefore I have received a brand new phone number.

However the last phone I had was still an o2 contract but my it was in my mother’s name.

I am wondering is it possible for me to still have my old phone number as opposed to the new phone number I have been provided?

I’ve tried looking online and can’t seem to find anything and I’ve also tried phoning o2 but can’t seem to get through to them.

You and your Mother need to call O2 together and ask them to migrate your old number to the new contract.
