Can’t seem to log on the o2 App, and takes me to the website, but I can log on that but can’t seem to view anything like you can on the app. I have now run out of data, and my wifi is awful.
how come I cannot seem to log in my o2 app, it’s highly annoying.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this. Good luck!
You need to call O2 for help.
You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
