O2 wont switch my number after it was lost

I was paying my contract and iys linked to all bank accounts i cant even access my bank yo pay the bill and the customer service is terrible i need help i am disabled.

You need to report the sim as lost and O2 will automatically send a replacement with your number on it Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it
