Is it just me or is this website plain unuseable? I need to place a new credit card on file (my last one has run out) BUT the site refuses to recognise my (perfectly legitimate) address using my address first line and postcode AND there is no means of entering it manually...nett result - I cannot pay my bill and neither can I speak top somebody to assist
And BTW, your Virtual Assistant is laughably and amateurishly useless...
Seems I will be asking for a PAC...

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
